Maintenance of all township records, excluding tax records, to include, but not
limited to:

• Township Board meeting minutes
• Election Commission meeting minutes
• Board of Review minutes
• Payroll and personnel records
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Oaths of office
• Voter registration
• Cemetery Burial and Lot records
• Election management and voter registration
• Taking of minutes for all township board meetings as well as election commission
  meetings
• Payroll administration
• New hire forms and documents
• Maintenance of general ledger
• Prepare warrants for all township checks, excluding tax account checks
• Maintains township ordinance and resolution books
• Serves as township Freedom of Information Act officer
• Serves as township American Rescue Plan Act Account Administrator
